Norwood Parkour Academy: what to know before you go

What the academy announcement says

Norwood Parkour Academy is the new location named in the Parkour Adventures announcement: “New Location Coming Oct 2026 - Norwood Parkour Academy”. At the time of writing, this is a coming-soon announcement, so check with Parkour Adventures before visiting.

Parkour Adventures describes its service as “Parkour Coaching in Adelaide, SA”. If you’re considering giving it a go, ask specifically about the new academy rather than assuming an existing coaching session will take place there.

Questions to ask when choosing a session

For a first session, ask how beginners are introduced to the activity and what level of experience is expected. It’s also worth asking what to wear, what to bring and how the session is supervised.

If you’re enquiring for a child or a group, explain who will be attending before choosing a session. Ask about age requirements, group arrangements and any access needs so you can judge whether the proposed session suits everyone.

Before you go

The academy’s location is described as a “central location”. For practical travel planning, request the exact address and entrance details rather than relying on that description alone.

Before setting out, confirm that your chosen session is running, whether you need to book and the total cost. Check arrival instructions and cancellation terms too, especially if you’re coordinating a group.
