Maybe Mae is a basement cocktail bar on Peel Street in Adelaide CBD. Its concealed entrance sits in the tunnel between Peel and Leigh Streets, beneath Bread & Bone.
Inside, an art deco-style setting offers bar seating and intimate booths. The drinks menu draws on seasonal Australian produce, with housemade ingredients and cocktails inspired by South Australian landscapes.
Choose from seasonal creations, established favourites and non-alcoholic cocktails. If you need help choosing, the bartenders can recommend a drink to suit your taste.
Maybe Mae offers table service and welcomes walk-ins and bookings. Group bookings are limited to eight people. For food before or after your drinks, its sister venue Bread & Bone is upstairs.
